Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Trip to Boston: All the Pictures You Must See

BOSTON — The Prince and Princess of Wales have officially returned to American soil eight years after their last visit to the United States.

Prince William and Kate Middleton began their three-day tour of Boston on Wednesday at City Hall, where they met with Boston mayor Michelle Wu and Ambassador Caroline Kennedy.

On Thursday, the royal couple will visit Greentown Labs, the largest climate technology incubator in North America. They will then travel to Roca Inc. in Chelsea to meet with members of this organization, which focuses on young adults aged 16-24 who have experienced extensive trauma and are “main victims or drivers of urban violence”.

On Friday, the prince and princess will be separated for separate engagements before the awards ceremony. Kate will travel to The Center on the Development Child at Harvard University in Cambridge, while William will visit the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum with the former president’s daughter, Ambassador Caroline Kennedy.

William and Kate will then head to the MGM Music Hall in Fenway for the 2022 Earthshot Awards Awards ceremony, which a Kensington Palace spokesperson told HuffPost it looks like a “Super Bowl” moment for the prince.

The awards will be presented by broadcaster Clara Amfo for the second year in a row, along with “Lost” actor Daniel Dae Kim.

The Prince of Wales will make statements at the end of the show, while the Princess of Wales will present during the show alongside cast members Catherine O’Hara, Rami Malek and Shailene Woodley.

Audiences will watch performances by Billie Eilish and Finneas, Chloe x Halle, Annie Lennox and Ellie Goulding performing at William and Kate’s wedding.
