by LONDON – The new reality TV show “Harry & Meghan” from the former royal family has proven one thing: Meghan Markle is a really lousy actress. We witnessed elements of this while playing the second violin character in “Suits”. No matter what it hits, it’s never a star.
The biggest discovery so far is the ever-changing smile of Meghan Markle, who premiered her new teeth as Wallace in the show’s second episode. It’s not Wallis like in Simpson, it’s the cartoon series starring Gromit. She shows her new teeth at every opportunity. You would too. After all, they cost the former royal Prince Harry dearly. But back to the plot.
What did we learn?
If I were Netflix, I’d think it was like an old, tired soap opera with the best lines and dramas already presented to the other trashfest that was Oprah Winfrey.
Like Norma Desmond on Sunset Boulevard, Meghan Markle claimed that although she had watched countless documentaries about the late Princess Diana – and this proved to be – she had no idea what a royal ride was. This blatant lie and Harry’s outburst of Meghan’s Queen II. We have to believe the fact that he said he knew how to bow when he was getting ready to meet Elizabeth for the first time.

I mean, really, this is undoubtedly a scenario where both cannot stand in a straight line.
Next up was the Greta Garbo of the piece—reclusive mother Doria Ragland filmed alone, once again, as at the royal wedding. What did he reveal? There was nothing more than that Harry knew he was the right person for his daughter.
Of course, food and tickets were never mentioned, but let’s not lose sight of the fact that Meghan Markle likes to sprinkle as her “truth”, she was actively looking for a British husband and hit the jackpot with boy Harry.
Likewise, Harry seems to be deceptively believing that as a redhead, people may be baffled that he could have taken down such a beautiful woman with brains without clearly realizing that she was holding the cache. After all, what was Meghan Markle if not a cable TV actress? Somehow, she convinced him that he put power above all else.

The biggest problem with the first three episodes so far is simply this: It’s boring. And I say this with sincere concern. I mean, what possible stories were rejected if that was the best they could investigate?

Last minute snaps from Archie’s birthday and his never-before-seen daughter Lilibet? And now we know why. They are there to support a sick TV doctor who is very transparent. Meghan Markle has surely abused the late Prince Philip, missing the fact that when Prince Philip was on his deathbed, Harry was advancing the first global attack on the royal family with Oprah. Other than the usual racist comments and slurs, was that all they had?
So, let’s be honest. Netflix lost thousands of subscribers and in turn received acres of free publicity from the unfortunate duo. But as a show, it’s a bomb because nothing in their story is true. Even the way he first met has changed radically, as have many of the inconsistencies in the gruesome podcast he hosted and took years to produce. Nothing is really real.

The worst part is that more is coming. But unless she finds out that the late queen secretly hated royal life, I can see Meghan Markle and Harry really failing when it comes to family reunions.

It may not be long before the unfortunate duo applies to reality TV, though. Prince Harry more so as Meghan Markle won’t go down to that level. But he was happy that Harry was throwing the family he once loved in the trash, no matter what he said, he was actually very close and loved in return.

Netflix needs to answer three questions in the next episode for it to be a hit. What really happened with his father? Can it handle allegations of moonstroke and bullying? See how long this marriage lasts?

If these bombs are left out, expect even more people to leave the streaming giant. But guess what? As with anything, it won’t be Meghan Markle’s fault.
