Andrew “Freddie” Flintoff was hospitalized Tuesday morning after being involved in an accident while working on it. Best Gear.
The 45-year-old presenter and former professional cricketer was reportedly pulling a car inspection at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome, home of the Top Gear test track when the accident occurred.
A BBC spokesperson said: “Freddie was injured in an accident at the Top Gear test track this morning – team paramedics were on the scene immediately.”
“He has been hospitalized for further treatment and we will confirm more details when the time comes.”

The newspaper quoted a source as saying: “He was driving normally on the track. He wasn’t going at high speeds – it was an accident that could happen to anyone.
“All the usual health and safety precautions were taken for the shoot as well. Freddie was taken to the hospital by air ambulance shortly after.”

Flintoff has been a familiar face on television for years.

In his statement at the time, Mr. Flintoff said, “I am absolutely fine and I was going back to shooting today. I go to great lengths to make sure I am successful. Best Gear drag races but this time I went a little too far!”
The airport is the same as the old location Best Gear presenter Richard Hammond crashed while piloting a drag race car in 2006.
Mr Hammond was in a coma for two weeks after being hit by a flat tire at 288 mph. He suffered from paranoia, memory loss, and depression as a result of the brain damage caused by the accident.
