Things got pretty emotional on HBO’s Wednesday episode Hard Blows.
Sabrina Greenlee, mother of Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, told how she survived a brutal domestic violence attack that blinded her 20 years ago. He previously discussed the incident with Mina Kimes in an ESPN cover story back in 2019.
In the episode, Hopkins also talked about how he found inspiration and strength from his mother. Every time he scores, he brings the ball to Greenlee to let him know that Greenlee is there and always thinking of him.
“Every time I score a goal or do something, I try to make sure he gets the ball so he can feel me,” Hopkins told ESPN in 2019. Todayfrom Drew Weisholtz).

For me #HardKnocks Delivered the products tonight. I loved hearing from DeAndre Hopkins’ mother, watching JJ Watt at work as a mentor, and Kliff Kingsbury’s discussion of regrets from his game days and how it affected his work ethic as a coach.
The final episode of the Hard Knocks was also reflected in his on-court performance as Hopkins was caught on video sharing a moment with New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick during Monday night’s game.

Hopkins missed the first six games of the 2022 season while serving his sentence for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing drug policy. He caught 56 passes for 653 yards and three goals in seven games.
In addition to Hopkins, the final episode also gave an inside look at Kyler Murray’s injury. The signal seeker suffered a torn ACL in Monday’s New England game.

It’s been a tough season for the Cardinals, who are third in the NFC West with a 4-9 record and battling a string of injuries from their top players. Besides Murray, the team does not include Rondale Moore and Zach Ertz.
Hard Hits He will continue to follow the Cardinals until the end of the season.
